  • In-stock items: Orders containing in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that this processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • Pre-orders: For pre-order items, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the individual product page within the pre-orders section of our website. Please review this information carefully before placing your order.

  • All products are made in small batches ready to ship, which helps to prolong the life of the products.

2. Returns:

  • We strive to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction with your purchase. However, please note the following:

  • Every item is labelled by hand, not by a machine. Human error may occur in the labelling process.

  • Any cosmetic imperfections resulting from the handmade nature of our products will not be deemed as faulty.

  • We only accept returns for items that are faulty or broken.

  • To initiate a return for a faulty or broken item, please contact our customer service team within [number of days] days of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

  • Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than the item being faulty or broken.
